Welding Alloys Group are seeking an experienced Sales/Welding Engineer to support and develop Sales in Norway and Sweden.

In order to fulfil the requirements of this role you will already have experience of the application and benefits of the use of Cored wires and automated welding systems for cladding applications in a variety of industries, including Offshore oil and gas, steel, cement and/or Pulp and Paper industries.

Whilst extensive support will be provided from the UK the successful applicant will need to self motivated and to demonstrate a proven track record in this field.

Salary Package – Negotiable, based on experience.

With experience of operating in a variety of industry sectors, from cement to steel and power generation, and preferably in a welding or related engineering disclipline, your expertise in sales will contribute to the development of existing and new business for our product ranges from day one :

·  Welding Alloys Integra in-house and in-situ welding services and represents the integrated approach for the control of wear and extension of operational life of industrial equipment and components .

·  Our ranges of flux cored consumables for cladding and joining

·  Our purpose built WA MultiSurfacer range of welding equipment

With a background in sales within the engineering/welding industries (and preferably with a related qualification), the successful candidate will initially work alongside existing senior sales personnel in order to gain experience and expertise.

After receiving extensive training in order to familiarise him/herself with our product ranges, the Welding Sales Engineer must be prepared to not only serve the existing customer base but also to seek out other business opportunities in the area and prepare reports on all sales activities on a regular basis for the Field Sales Manager.

Salary negotiable, plus commission after training.  A company vehicle will be provided.
